Give now to support the NT Aboriginal Fracking Forum
Across the Northern Territory, communities are standing up to protect country from dangerous shale gas fracking.
Right now, the NT government is deciding whether to lift the temporary ban on fracking and allow gas companies to frack for shale gas through our precious groundwater.
That’s why Traditional Owners from Aboriginal communities who oppose fracking in the McArthur and Beetaloo Basins are working with Seed to convene a special Aboriginal Fracking Forum in Darwin.
PLEASE GIVE NOW TO SUPPORT TRADITIONAL OWNERS TO HAVE THEIR SAY on fracking and for Aboriginal people to set our own agenda, and continue our work protecting country for future generations.
Donations support:
$15 - Dinner for Traditional Owner participants
$50 - Forum costs per Traditional Owner participant (venue, lunch, transport)
$70 - Accommodation per night for Traditional Owner participants
$100 - Bus ticket from remote communities to Darwin one way
